If you’re planning to tent your home for termites or other insects, you’re required to schedule a temporary disconnect of your natural gas service.

As soon as you know when your home will be tented, follow these steps to ensure that your fumigation and restoration are not delayed.

1. Call our Contact Center at (877) 832-6747 to schedule the disconnect.

You will be charged a temporary disconnect fee.

2. Once the fumigation is complete and your home is safe to enter, call us to schedule your gas service restoration.

You will be charged a reconnect fee.

Please note: Third-party contractors, including tenting and fumigation companies, are not authorized to turn off gas meters or disconnect service.
