As you are probably aware, on May 18, Peoples Gas experienced an outage that resulted from an event at the Florida Gas Transmission gate station that Peoples Gas had no control over.
Customers who were in the area were restored quickly. However, since restoration requires that Peoples Gas have access to the premise, those who were out of town at the time, including seasonal customers, will need to contact the company upon their return to schedule restoration of their natural gas service.
Customers still without service and who were not available during our past visits are encouraged to contact us at 1-877-832-6747.
