Today, the company operates more than 18,000 miles of pipelines across the state. We're using the latest technologies and best practices to continually improve our safety, award-winning customer experience and reliable gas operations. We've even lowered greenhouse gas emissions across our system with annual upgrades and improvements.

We take pride in and have worked hard to provide you with a world-class customer experience, and we have achieved incredible results including repeatedly rating highest in the south for residential and business customer satisfaction according to the J.D. Power studies.

Our rate request

As Florida grows, we must make investments in maintaining and expanding our system to continue to reliably serve our customers. The decision to raise rates is not an easy one for us. We know rising prices due to inflation are affecting families and businesses across the nation, including ours. We work hard to manage our business prudently and we have only raised rates once in the past 15 years.

If approved, new rates would be effective in January 2024. Learn more about our rate request and how the proposed changes may affect our residential and business customers.

For our customers in need

We understand that customers may face financial hardships due to the coronavirus pandemic or other reasons and we are here to help.

We are proud to partner with non-profit organizations who provide assistance to those needing help. Should you need assistance, we offer programs to support our residential and business customers as well as flexible payment arrangements for residential and business customers. We also provide opportunities for our customers to qualify for cash-back rebates through our residential and business conservation programs.
