TECO Peoples Gas is making it is easier than ever to take advantage of the cost, maintenance and environmental savings that come with natural gas vehicles.

• No upfront capital investment for fueling infrastructure. Peoples Gas will provide turnkey design, installation, maintenance and ownership of the compression equipment needed to fuel your fleet on your site. You'll pay the monthly natural gas rate and customer charge based on your fleet usage, and a facility charge for the compressed natural gas refueling station.
• Up to 50 percent rebate on natural gas vehicles. Florida offers a rebate of up to 50 percent of the incremental cost of an original equipment manufacturer natural gas vehicle or of the cost of converting a vehicle to run on natural gas – up to $25,000 per vehicle and up to $250,000 per applicant per fiscal year. Plus, natural gas vehicles will be exempt from state motor fuel taxes until 2019.
