TECO Peoples Gas and Tampa Electric, along with TECO Energy, have introduced enhanced websites, which are now streamlined, making them easier to use and navigate. The company developed the sites using extensive customer feedback.
The sites have a new, modern design and provide an easy experience for customers on the go, among other enhancements designed to improve the customer experience:
- It is easier than ever for customers to pay bills, monitor their account history and learn how to keep their bills down.
- Customers can easily start, stop or transfer their services or report public safety concerns like gas leaks.
- The most common requests now have prominent links at the top of all pages, which makes it easier to make a payment, view safety information or manage your account.
