Business customers in select counties can now qualify for a free energy audit. The on-site audit will take about 2 to 4 hours to complete and will be conducted by CLEAResult, working on behalf of Peoples Gas.
How to schedule an audit:
Step 1: Call 813-228-1550 or email BizAudit@PeoplesGas.com to let us know you are interested. Be sure to provide your name, your company's name and the address where we will conduct the energy audit.
Step 2: Within 10 business days you will receive a call from CLEAResult to schedule your energy audit at your business’s location.
Step 3: Your trained energy auditor will call 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm the time of your audit.
Step 4: Your audit will take about 2 to 4 hours depending on the size and complexity of your facility. A member of your staff must be available to escort the auditor through your facility. We adhere to all required safety measures and may coordinate around safety needs prior to the scheduled audit.
Step 5: Within two weeks of your audit you will receive a comprehensive report with expert recommendations to help your business save energy and money through:

- Equipment Optimization Upgrades
- Energy Efficiency Equipment Upgrades
