Mylene Arza, operations manager for the Dade Broward division, was born in Cuba and raised in Miami. She proudly calls South Florida her home. With a finance degree, an MBA, and diverse experiences like being a blackbelt, dog trainer, and flamenco dancer, Mylene brings passion to her current role.
Mylene immigrated with her family from Cuba at a young age and was named valedictorian at South Miami High School. "I never wanted to do only one thing at a time,” she said. Whether balancing the many roles of our Operations team or hopping between passions in various hobbies and activities outside of work, Mylene is happiest when she has a little bit of everything on her plate.
She and her team keep our infrastructure secure through emergency response, customer service, and compliance. This steady mix of people and projects perfectly fits her personality.
“I’ve never worked at a place that has the combination of aggressive passion about getting things done and compassion,” Mylene said.
